Hello! My name is Marina and I’m here to tell you a few things about myself. I was born in Trebinje, Bosnia and Herzegovina , 19 years ago. It’s a cozy little town, located pretty close to the seaside. This year I got my high school degree! I’m very eager to find out what the outside world has prepared for me. For the past four years I’ve been an active volunteer in my community. Volunteering has played a huge part in my life and has helped me to grow and mature as a person.
I’ve volunteered in Red Cross, ASuBiH and ONAuBiH. Besides the role of a volunteer, I was also a PR manager and coordinator for some of the projects. I worked on many projects and actions, but my favourite ones were SHL Event 2018, building youth zones in three cities in Herzegovina ( Hercegovacka stvar - ASuBiH ), making and giving gifts to children in need ( Red Cross ) and Social day 2019. While being the PR manager, I was obliged to make flyers, posters and to communicate with people outside the organization. This has given me an amazing platform to show off my work, to communicate with the media and expand my knowlegde in designing, editing and making promotional material.
